Constructed with a robust stainless steel handle, lightweight yet rigid aluminium body and 20 patterned aluminium biscuit discs, plus four stainless steel icing nozzles and food-grade PP connectors. Total weight: ~380 g; overall length: ~24 cm. The press is engineered for high-cycle durability — aluminium resists warping under pressure and thermal stress during repeated use. Includes full set of 20 cookie discs (each laser-cut for sharp edge definition) and 4 nozzles (round, star, open-star, petal) for both baking and decorating. Compatible with soft-to-medium consistency doughs (spritz, shortbread, choux) and standard buttercream or whipped ganache. Fully disassemblable for thorough cleaning — no trapped dough or icing residue. Safe for repeated handwashing or top-rack dishwasher use.
