Aluminum C400GT Navigation Mount

This navigation mount serves as a direct mechanical upgrade for BMW C400GT (2019–2024) owners seeking reliability beyond entry-level accessories. Crafted from T6-tempered aluminum and finished with Type II anodisation, it delivers measurable improvements in stiffness-to-weight ratio and environmental resilience. Its dual-rod configuration (12mm and 22mm) matches the scooter’s native mounting hierarchy—securing firmly to both upper and lower clamp zones to resist rotational torque under braking or crosswinds. Unlike flexible or articulated mounts, this unit employs a fixed-angle, single-plane design—maximising repeatability and eliminating adjustment drift after repeated tightening cycles. The anodised surface also provides inherent electrical insulation, preventing stray current paths between handlebar and device—important for protecting sensitive GPS or smartphone circuitry. Developed with input from UK-based C400GT user groups, it prioritises practicality: quick visual alignment during installation, glove-compatible fasteners, and full compatibility with popular navigation cases—including MagSafe-enabled sleeves and ruggedised protective shells.
