Built from high-strength aluminum alloy with reinforced metal parts, this tungsten electrode sharpener delivers lasting durability in both professional workshop and home garage environments. Its four brass guide rails accept standard tungsten diameters: 0.040", 1/16" (0.0625"), 3/32" (0.09375"), and 1/8" (0.125"). Four fixed-angle mounting holes provide exact tip configurations: 10°, 15°, 20°, and 22.5° body angles — resulting in functional tip angles of 20°, 30°, 40°, and 45° respectively. A dedicated cut-off slot supports clean truncation prior to sharpening. Package contains one tungsten electrode angle controller, two connecting rods, and five diamond grinding wheels for immediate, reliable operation.
