All washers feature precise concentricity, smooth parallel faces and tight tolerance control on both ID and OD—critical for even load transfer and minimal tilt under torque. Material properties include low coefficient of friction (0.25 vs steel), high volume resistivity (>10¹⁴ Ω·cm), and resistance to UV degradation (tested per ISO 4892-3). Storage box is made from food-grade PP, fully recyclable, with tactile dividers and matte-finish labelling for durability against abrasion and solvent exposure. Designed for functional load-spreading—not sealing or spring action—making them ideal for structural but non-pressure applications such as mounting brackets, hinge pivots, display frames and modular enclosures.
