Description

Name: Single-axis Tracking Board Voltage: 5-5.5VDC Current: Less than 1.5A Interface: Power + - Motor M Principle: Uses a shield with photoresistors. When light creates a shadow on one side, a difference in photosensitivity between the two sides is detected, causing the motor to adjust until balance is achieved at the center point. Requires a stable 5-5.5V DC power supply with sufficient current up to 1.5A. Compatible with geared motors; slower motor speeds are recommended for optimal performance. Tested with JGY370 6V motor, which operates stably at 5V under no load. Excessively fast motor speeds may result in oscillation during alignment but will not cause jittering. Built-in short delay circuit helps prevent shaking. Motor polarity is not fixed—swap the motor wires if rotation direction is incorrect. Power Supply: Must use regulated 5-5.5V DC. Do not connect directly to solar panels.
