Bamboo Wool Carding Combs Set

This set includes two handcrafted wool carding combs for hand spinning and fibre preparation. Dimensions: approx. 17 × 11.8 cm (6.69 × 4.65 in) and 16 × 9.5 cm (6.3 × 3.74 in). Each comb features stainless steel needles mounted on a resilient rubber pad, with an ergonomic bamboo wood handle. The natural bamboo handle is lightweight, durable and odourless. The stainless steel pins are precisely spaced to effectively align and separate wool fibres without damage, while the cushioned rubber base absorbs pressure for comfortable, fatigue-reducing use during extended carding sessions. Ideal for preparing raw fleece, blending fibres, or refining roving before spinning — also suitable for gentle pet grooming, wool garment maintenance, rug cleaning and delicate lace or textile surface care.
