Bass Drum Mallets 12.5 Inch Stainless

These 12.5-inch (31.8 cm) bass drum mallets feature a stainless steel shaft and a high-density wool felt head. Each mallet weighs approx. 110 g, delivering optimal mass for bass drum articulation without excess fatigue. The wool felt is selected for acoustic consistency and resistance to yellowing — maintaining its intended tonal character and visual integrity over repeated use. The stainless steel handle is precision-ground for uniform diameter and surface texture, enhancing grip security and reducing rotational slip. Suitable for use with orchestral bass drums, marching bass drums, gongs, and large frame drums, they support expressive dynamics and articulate phrasing in both indoor and outdoor performance settings.
