Description
Seitan Bio de Cristal de Mimasa is an ideal food for growing children and to guarantee a healthy diet, due to its high protein content. For the same reason, its consumption is also recommended for athletes, the elderly, and people with digestive problems.
Preparation of long oriental tradition. Its homemade elaboration is not difficult, but it requires a long time. For this reason, it offers already prepared, without additives and with a pleasant flavor and texture. It is made up of wheat flour, tamari, gluten, ginger, garlic (all organically grown) and kombu seaweed.
