Black 12mm PE Cable Protector

This black polyethylene cable protector sleeve is defined by its strict 12mm internal diameter — verified during quality control — and tailored for immediate, toolless application on 12mm-diameter objects. Made from virgin PE resin, it offers superior tensile strength and resilience compared to recycled or blended polymers, ensuring longevity in both static and lightly loaded configurations. Its mechanical behaviour supports three interrelated functions: acting as a sacrificial layer to absorb abrasion from repeated cable flexing or panel insertion; functioning as a calibrated gap maintainer to prevent component clash in tight-tolerance enclosures; and serving as a passive alignment collar to keep 12mm elements centred during assembly or adjustment. The matte black surface minimises glare and resists fingerprint retention — critical in display or client-facing applications. Frequently selected by UK-based automation integrators, furniture manufacturers and education suppliers for its predictable fit, ease of stock control, and ability to integrate seamlessly into existing BOMs — especially where RoHS compliance, REACH conformity and CE-marked traceability matter.
