ZS-X11D1 9-60V
Specifications:
Type: 450W Brushless Hall DC Motor Driver
Model: ZS-X11D1
Operating Voltage: 9-60V
Maximum Current: Rated 16A, Peak 20A
Maximum Power: 450W
Overcurrent Protection: Yes
Dimensions: Length 63mm * Width 45mm * Height 28mm
Precautions:
1. The power circuit on the main board does not have a fuse. The built-in self-imposed current will cause permanent damage to the chips on the board (even 2 seconds is not acceptable).
2. During normal operation, the motor output terminal has sampling overcurrent protection. Due to the very high power and current of the module, do not short-circuit it when the module is not working properly. When there is a risk of burning the wires due to a short circuit, the wires should be tested first. Use low current and low voltage for testing. After passing the test, perform high current and high voltage tests. Since the module is sold as a bare circuit board module, pay attention to the insulation of the wires. High-voltage lines must never come into contact with circuit board components. 3. Do not connect motors with voltage and current that are significantly mismatched with the drive module or that are too far from the motor, as this may cause unexplained damage.

6 modes with limit function Instructions for Use:
1. Standard Mode Stepless Speed Regulation: Press the SET1 button to move the motor forward or backward. Press the SET2 button to hold the brake, and the motor will stop at the limit position. 2. Automatic Mode Stepless Speed Regulation: Press SET1 to start the motor, press SET2 to stop. The motor stops at the limit switch, achieving automatic reciprocating motion.3. Point-to-Point Mode Stepless Speed Regulation: Press SET1 to move the motor forward, release to stop; press SET2 to move the motor backward, release to stop, the motor stops at the limit switch.4. Single-Round-Trip Mode Stepless Speed Regulation: Press SET1 to start the motor, the motor stops at the limit switch, achieving automatic reciprocating motion.5. Single-Trigger Mode Stepless Speed Regulation: Press SET1 to start the motor, the motor stops at the limit switch; press SET1 again to move the motor forward, the motor stops at limit switch K1; press SET1 again to move the motor backward, the motor stops at limit switch K2.6. In Standard Mode, for stepless speed regulation, press SET1 to move forward once, press SET2 to move backward once, then press SET2 to brake once, and finally press the stop limit switch. 7. In engine stop mode, press SET1 and SET2 simultaneously. The LED light will flash, indicating that the engine reversing buffer stop brake function is on or off. Instructions for entering the 6 mode switching modes: LED flashing definitions for the 6 mode switching modes: One slow flash indicates standard mode, two slow flashes indicate automatic mode, three slow flashes indicate intermittent mode, four slow flashes indicate single-round trip mode, five slow flashes indicate single-trigger mode, and six slow flashes indicate standard low-gear trigger mode. The following are the instructions for switching between the 6 modes: First, press both SET1 and SET2 buttons simultaneously, then turn on the power. At this time, the LED light will flash and then turn off, indicating that the mode switching mode has been entered. The LED indicator will flash several times to indicate the currently selected mode (factory default mode). Then, briefly press the SET2 button; the LED indicator will flash several times and then turn off. To select the current mode, press and hold the SET2 button; the LED indicator will change from off to bright to save the selected mode and automatically exit mode switching.
Instructions for switching between three speed control signals:
The LED indicator flashing definitions for the three speed control signal switching modes are as follows: A single rapid flash indicates an analog 1-4.2V input (Hall effect lever required); two rapid flashes indicate a PWM input; three rapid flas
