This pipe fitting adapter features a 1/2 inch thread size, with a 1/2 inch female NPT thread on one end and a 1/2 inch male BSP (British Standard Pipe) thread on the other. It is precision-machined from solid brass for durability and corrosion resistance. Designed specifically to bridge the incompatibility between American NPT (National Pipe Taper) and UK/European BSP (also known as ISO 228 or 'G' thread) systems. Simply screw the female NPT end onto an existing male NPT pipe or fitting, and the exposed male BSP end allows direct connection to UK-standard taps, valves, hoses, or plumbing fixtures.
