Manufactured by cold-rolling and twisting high-grade stainless steel wire, the bars deliver high tensile strength and reliable performance under stress. Each bar offers controlled torsional rigidity and is designed to distribute load evenly across cracks or reinforcement zones. Typical applications include masonry crack stitching, wall tie replacement and structural anchoring in both residential and commercial buildings. The distinctive helical design improves mechanical interlock with surrounding material, allowing secure embedment in BrickFix Helical Grout for long-term durability. With yield strengths up to 1034 N/mm2 and ultimate tensile strength exceeding 1100 N/mm2 on selected profiles, BrickFix Helical Bars combine flexibility with structural integrity. They are corrosion-resistant and tested to ensure consistent performance across variable site conditions, offering a dependable solution for structural repair and retrofit projects.
