The BrickFix Masonry Crack Stitching Kit offers a reliable and professional-grade solution for stabilising cracked masonry, block and stone walls. Designed for use in both domestic and commercial repairs, the system reinstates structural integrity by bonding stainless steel helical bars into pre-cut mortar joints using a high-strength, specially formulated grout. The kit provides everything needed for installation: 10 one-metre BrickFix Helical Bars, a 3 litre bucket of BrickFix Helical Grout with pre-measured liquid additive, a mixing paddle, finger trowel and a crack-stitching pointing gun with nozzles. Together, these components ensure a consistent, non-disruptive repair that avoids the need for costly rebuilding. Ideal for repairing static cracks, the system not only stabilises the affected area but also absorbs localised stress to prevent further cracking. CE-marked stainless steel bars offer durability and corrosion resistance, while the high-bond grout secures the bars in place for long-term performance. Coverage depends on chase depth: 8 to 10 linear metres for 10 mm x 40 mm slots, or 6 to 8 metres for 10 mm x 55 mm slots per kit. The BrickFix kit is suitable for use on walls of various thicknesses and includes clear installation guidelines for spacing and embedment.
