Vivibio's Bulgur is an easily digestible cereal, indicated in the diet of vegans and vegetarians as a source of protein. Easy to prepare, it lends itself to numerous preparations in the kitchen. Ideal as an alternative to the traditional rice salad, as a single dish with legumes, as a base for vegetarian meatballs or as a filling for baked vegetables. We recommend putting 1 part of Bulgur, 1 part of water and a little salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook in a covered pot for about 15-20 minutes. Season to taste with oil, soy sauce, gomasio or aromatic herbs.
