The upper is made of waterproof nubuck leather, at the same time highly abrasion-resistant nylon fabric and, as a bonus, rubber protection in the most stressed areas of the boot. Thanks to the waterproof SympaTex membrane, no water gets into the boots and the breathable BK mesh lining allows the feet to breathe - which you will appreciate very much on long hikes! If you often go on expeditions, you will surely find how much an insole that is too hard can make the tour uncomfortable – especially if you can't take it out and wash it... or air out in the fresh air. That's why we have built a removable mesh insert made of Poly-U material into our CRUIZER boots, which is a pleasantly light, comfortable and breathable foam without odor. The sole made of highly resistant EVA and lightweight rubber (EVA = flexible polymer foam) is known from other BUSHMAN shoes. Our CRUIZER boots are a safe bet everywhere. On stones, in mud, snow, dust and on slippery surfaces, you can run excellently in it. They do an excellent job of absorbing lateral shocks, and the grip in them is sufficiently firm and comfortable at the same time.
