The carob is rich in fiber, benefits the intestinal flora by increasing lactobacilli. It is very rich in tannins, a powerful natural antioxidant. It can be used to replace cocoa in chocolate making. It is recommended to prepare like any coffee and combine with your usual coffee to reduce caffeine and add vitamins. May contain traces of nuts and sesame.
