The Primewire CAT 8 network cable (8.1 standard, class 1) enables an impressive transfer speed of up to 40 Gbit/s. Ideal for 10/100/1000/10000/25000/40000 Mbit Ethernet networks. RJ45 connectors are fitted with a zinc metal shield and are therefore superior to older CAT6 versions. Cable and connectors form an integral shielded unit. In addition, they offer anti-twist protection, strain relief and a locking lever. The CAT8.1 standard calculates the crosstalk generated by an RJ45 connector depending on the design. In this way, the CAT8 standard with the RJ45 connector achieves a higher transfer speed than Cat 5 and 6 cables. Double-shielded Ethernet cable with twisted conductors and premium copper inner conductors. Several umbrellas in one piece. Halogen-free insulation. Compatible with all devices with an RJ45 network port and backwards compatible with other CAT variants, e.g. Cat.5, Cat.5e, Cat.6, Cat.6a, Cat.7a. Can be used for PC, laptop, modem, DSL router, switch, network cameras, network printer, server, game consoles, smart TV, media player, surround amplifier, Internet radio, etc.
