Ceramic Core Strapping Heater Element

This is a dedicated heating head element for semi-automatic strapping bundlers, built around a high-stability ceramic core wound with nickel-chrome resistance wire. Its physical dimensions are approximately 45 mm long and 12 mm in diameter, with exposed terminals for secure wiring. It requires external voltage regulation via a 24V to 11V transformer and is confirmed compatible with YOUNGSUN double-motor strapping machines. No integrated electronics or temperature controls are included — it functions strictly as a resistive heating component. Full strapping machines and additional spare parts are available on request.
