Origin: Bolivia Chia seeds have a high level of protein, and 5 times the calcium of milk, apart from large amounts of omega 3 essential fatty acids. It is also an important source of potassium, iron, magnesium, manganese, copper, niacin, zinc and other vitamins. It is recommended to increase its use over several months, up to one full spoon per day. It can be added to salads, yogurt, first courses or to prepare homemade whole wheat bread.
