Cacao Nibs Bio from Biotona come from Theobroma cacao beans, a shrub that grows in fertile soils of South American tropical forests. The final, crisp product is 100% pure and fresh Cocoa was originally used by the Aztecs and Mayans in ritual ceremonies. It was introduced into Europe by the Spanish colonisers. Biotona fresh cocoa bean nuggets from Peru are obtained by a coarse cleaning process of organic Criollo cocoa beans, fermented and dried in the sun. It contains all natural phytonutrients.
