Description
Caviramus is an early pterosaur and flying reptile from the Late Triassic era, 205 million years ago. Its name means hollow branch and it measured about 135 centimeters. It had long limbs and may have been both at home on the ground and also in flight. Found in what is now Switzerland in a marine environment, the animal had a tall bony crest and fang-like teeth at the front of the mouth. The model has been given an articulated jaw and will be available as Deluxe model in 1:2 scale
