The amplitude and frequency of the vibrator can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure. The piston outside the casing contains special grease, which vibrates with the piston and ensures a long service life. The pneumatic vibrator is made of aluminum alloy, offering good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance during long-term use. Compressed air is used as the power source, providing low air consumption, safety, and energy efficiency. Commonly used for emptying shakers, screens, and silos, as well as dispersing bulk materials.
