Copper-Nozzle Propane Torch 1300°C

A purpose-built propane torch delivering up to 1300°C flame temperature, built for repeatable thermal tasks. Dimensions conform to industry-standard handheld proportions (±1–3 cm tolerance); overall mass supports fatigue-free handling. Features a copper nozzle for thermal retention and resistance to deformation, paired with a textured rubber grip for control. Designed for flame welding and melting of copper, aluminum, iron, and stainless steel — compatible solely with copper-aluminum flux-cored welding wire (tin-based wire is incompatible). Not appropriate for cast iron or thick-section castings. Valid secondary applications include charcoal ignition, crème brûlée finishing, copper pipe end preparation, fabric edge treatment, and light-duty household fixes. Surface preparation is critical: joints must be spotlessly clean; base metal heated precisely to 350–400°C before feeding wire. Red-hot condition indicates overheating; non-adhering molten wire signals insufficient preheat — requiring recalibration before continuation.
