Corrosion-Resistant Dive OPRV Valve

4.2 cm × 2.8 cm × 2.1 cm; 32 g net weight. Housing made from impact-resistant ABS, sealing achieved via resilient rubber washer, and actuation handled by a saltwater-rated steel spring. Designed for direct integration with BCDs, lift bags, SMBs and other inflatable diving accessories. Supplied with a knotted drawstring lanyard for rapid attachment to gear loops or D-rings. Delivers immediate air venting upon actuation — supporting proactive buoyancy correction rather than reactive failure mitigation. Particularly effective during multi-stage ascents, staged lift bag inflation, and SMB launches where air volume must be adjusted dynamically without removing hands from primary controls. Deployed regularly in UK dive centres, training agencies and commercial salvage teams — selected for its resistance to barnacle adhesion, sand abrasion, and thermal cycling between surface and 30 m depth.
