Each chain is 24.6 cm long, 1.2 cm wide, and just 0.1 cm thick — delivering high strength-to-thickness ratio without bulk. The stainless steel material is passivated during finishing to enhance oxide layer formation, significantly extending service life in high-humidity zones such as en-suite bathrooms or basement toilets. Both ends are precisely bent: one forms a smooth-radius hook compatible with standard flush rod pins (Ø2.5–3.2 mm), the other a three-point triangular anchor designed to grip flapper arms up to 4 mm thick without slippage. This design eliminates reliance on plastic clips or rubber grommets that degrade over time. The surface polish reduces drag against ceramic and plastic cistern surfaces, while the uniform cross-section ensures predictable bending behaviour — critical for achieving consistent flapper lift and seat timing. Package contains two chains, individually inspected for dimensional accuracy and hook integrity before packing.
