Cotton Fretboard String Dampener Kit

This guitar mute kit contains two cotton dampeners: a 17 cm version for standard 6-string guitars (electric, acoustic, classical) and 4-string basses, and a 19 cm version for extended-range instruments including 7–10-string electric guitars and 5–10-string electric basses. Made from soft, resilient cotton fabric, it applies uniform pressure without damaging strings or fretboard finishes. Installation is fully manual — wrap around the fretboard near the nut or bridge and adjust tension by hand for instant, repeatable mute engagement. Designed to reduce string overtones, eliminate extraneous resonance and suppress unwanted noise — enhancing tonal precision for recording, live performance and quiet practice. No tools, no residue, no permanent modification required.
