Probios 4-grain Couscous is prepared with a process that partially steam semolina, which is why it is so quick to prepare The Probios couscous line consists of 9 variants: white, semi-wholemeal and wholemeal wheat, rice, corn and rice, corn, kamut, spelled, 4 cereals. Just choose your favorite condiment to prepare a light dish with an exotic flavor. The couscous with 4 cereals (wheat, kamut, spelled and corn) is a source of fiber, practical to prepare, and can also be cooked with cold water. It is recommended to prepare it hot or cold. Hot preparation: Pour 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 250g of CousCous into a container. Add 300ml of salted boiling water. Cover and leave to rest for 2 minutes, without stirring. Add a tablespoon of olive oil, shell with a fork. Season to taste with vegetables, legumes, tofu or seitan. Cold preparation: Pour 2 glasses of couscous and 2 glasses of water at room temperature.
