D14L25 Aluminium Motor Coupling

Compact 14 mm outer diameter × 25 mm long coupling made from machined aluminium alloy. Designed specifically for 42 mm stepper motors found in European-market 3D printers and small-scale CNC systems. Accommodates shaft interfaces of 5×5 mm, 5×8 mm, 6×8 mm and 8×8 mm — supporting both square and rectangular shaft profiles. Reduces transmission shock and vibration caused by imperfect alignment during assembly or thermal expansion. Enables robust mechanical linkage between motor output and leadscrew, timing pulley, or gearbox input in space-constrained builds. Widely used in UK-based maker communities for upgrades to Creality, Anycubic, and Tronxy printers, as well as custom drone and model engineering projects.
