It includes a built-in side-mounted depth gauge for precise depth setting and a self-centering hinge drill bit to ensure accurate screw placement. Angle guides are included for marking hinges with different radii. Note: Designed for use on doors only, not door frames. [No Hammer and Chisel Required] This hinge template works with a standard or compact router (router not included) to rout hinge mortises cleanly and accurately. Use the router’s depth gauge to set cutting depth, then rout the hinge shape using the template.
