This deburring and chamfering tool features a robust construction of CNC-machined anodized high-speed steel and stainless steel, engineered for sustained performance in demanding plumbing environments. Its three dual-edge blades remove burrs from both inner and outer pipe walls in one rotational pass. It supports PVC, CPVC, ABS, PP, and PE pipes with outer diameters from 0.92 inches to 3.89 inches and inner diameters from 0.75 inches to 3.5 inches. The 0.315-inch shaft allows quick mounting into any standard drill chuck. Recommended usage includes low-RPM operation and steady axial pressure to achieve clean, uniform chamfers without overheating or deflection.
