Engineered for European and UK industrial, educational and medical applications, this stepper driver offers a compact 268 g design suited for tight-mounting scenarios — including embedded control panels, portable robotics platforms and retrofitted automation gear. Input voltage range is 18–48 VDC (24 V standard); output current is continuously adjustable from 1.0 A to 4.2 A. It supports microstepping resolutions from 400 to 25,600 steps per revolution, matching the requirements of 57 and 86 series two-phase stepper motors. Its 32-bit DSP control core ensures exceptional low-speed torque consistency and acoustic performance. All three control signals (pulse, direction, enable) are optically isolated for noise immunity. Over-voltage clamping and over-current limiting operate at hardware level to prevent field failures. Compatible with both 4-wire and 8-wire two-phase stepper motors — no additional hardware or configuration needed.
