The MKS Dual FOC V3.3 PLUS+ESP32 Rev1 is a purpose-engineered motion control platform combining dual Field Oriented Control capability with embedded wireless processing. Constructed on a standard PCB, it supports simultaneous high-fidelity control of two brushless DC or stepper motors using FOC algorithms — ensuring optimal efficiency, minimal torque ripple, and stable response across zero to full speed. The integrated ESP32 module offers dual-core processing, 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth Low Energy, making it possible to implement wireless configuration, real-time diagnostics, remote actuation, and edge-level data preprocessing without external components. Its design targets demanding motion applications: robotic joint actuators requiring smooth articulation, autonomous guided vehicle (AGV) drive units needing coordinated traction control, camera gimbals prioritising silence and responsiveness, and custom servo systems built on open-source toolchains.
