Complete coarse and fine sponge replacement set sized for Oase BioPress 4000 and PondoPress 5000 pressure filters. Dimensions: 295 x 145 x 50 mm per layer (approx). Material: premium polyether sponge — soft yet resilient, highly absorbent, and chemically stable in chlorinated and non-chlorinated pond water. Colour-coded black (coarse) and blue (fine) for foolproof assembly. Each layer performs a distinct role: coarse foam provides high-volume debris interception with minimal flow restriction; fine foam delivers final-stage polishing to reduce turbidity and improve light penetration — supporting healthier plant growth and more vibrant fish colouration. Ideal for hobbyists maintaining medium-to-large garden ponds (5,000–12,000 L) with koi or goldfish. Compatible solely with Oase BioPress and PondoPress series using removable media trays — not compatible with BioTec, Bitron or other Oase filter lines lacking interchangeable foam media design.
