This mechanical length distance meter features a robust metal and plastic construction, measuring approximately 160 mm in length. It offers a counting range of 1 to 99,999 meters with a counting speed of up to 200 counts per minute. Equipped with two precision-aligned rolling wheels, it ensures stable tracking and consistent measurement accuracy across flat, flexible materials. The device is designed for industrial use on textiles, printed fabrics, artificial leather, and similar roll-based materials. After three full wheel revolutions, the counter locks to prevent backward counting — ensuring reliable, tamper-resistant length accumulation. Resetting to zero restarts the count from the beginning. Measurement tolerance is ±1–3 cm under normal operating conditions.
