Durable Rafter Slider Assembly Kit

This replacement slider assembly kit (model 830463P) comes in a 2-pack and is compatible with Dometic and A&E awning systems. Each unit features a hybrid construction of steel and aluminium — chosen for mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. It mounts to the end of the inner rafter, slides vertically into position, and locks securely at the top. Designed as a direct replacement for A&E models 7000, 8000, 8500 and 9000, with verified fit on 8500 and 9000 RV and camper awnings. The mandrel diameter ensures reliable penetration through both layers being joined. Installation is straightforward: align holes (existing or newly drilled), insert the supplied rivet, and apply steady pressure to set. Clean all parts before fitting and confirm alignment prior to riveting. Contents: 2 x slider assemblies, 2 x rivets (one per unit). Colour corresponds to product photography; slight variation may occur depending on display and lighting. Measurement accuracy is within ±1–3 cm.
