Designed for repeat use across sourdough, flatbread, dairy ferments, and fermented beverages — the cloth’s hygroscopic properties help regulate surface moisture during extended proofing periods. Dimensions reflect standard UK/EU banneton sizing conventions; handmade production allows for acceptable variation (±1–3 cm). No pre-treatment required — rinse once before first use, then wash as needed with eco-detergent and air dry.
