ER20 1/4in Router Bit Extension

This collet extension is designed exclusively for use with ER20 chucks and 1/4 inch (6.35 mm) tool holders. Made from high-speed steel, it has a total length of about 88 mm (3.5 inches) and a head diameter of approximately 28 mm (1.1 inches). Its function is to extend the reach of router bits mounted in lathes, preventing tool holder disengagement during deep or aggressive cuts. This improves cutting continuity and reduces manual intervention.
