ER20A Collet Chuck Spindle Extension for Milling Lathe Drilling Workholding Tool

. Made of premium carbon steel, straight shank with clamping nut to be tightened. Extension rod diameter and other parts are precision ground to eliminate unbalance and increase safety during cutting. Widely used in engraving, milling, drilling, grinding, and other machining applications. Installation: Shaft diameter is 0.02mm smaller. Using 300 high-frequency heating and the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, the hole is heated to expand, then the spindle is inserted and the top locking screw is secured. After cooling, the extension rod is firmly fixed. Specification: Material: Carbon Steel Size: ER20A 8mm Package Includes: 1 Piece Collet Chuck Motor Shaft Extension Rod Holder Note: 1.
