Ergonomic Adjustable Speed Rope

Each rope is approx. 250 cm (98.4 inches) long, made from flexible PVC with a reinforced nylon core and coated in smooth, lightweight TPU beads for consistent spin and floor-friendly operation. The handles feature a contoured shape with a raised rubber wave surface — engineered for palm conformity and anti-slip security during dynamic movement. Length adjustment is tool-free and precise, accommodating users from 130 cm to 190 cm tall. This 2-pack includes two ropes in two of the three available colours (pink, blue, purple), enabling shared use or progressive training. Designed specifically for speed work, boxing footwork, cardio intervals and CrossFit applications, the ropes are light enough for rapid turnover yet stable enough to sustain rhythm — and compact enough for flat storage or travel in small spaces.
