Even-Cook Vertical Stainless Roaster

This vertical poultry roaster is constructed entirely from food-safe stainless steel, standing 30 cm high with an 18 cm base and weighing 680 g. Its modular design includes a removable roasting rack and a deep-dish drip pan that slots securely into the base. The vertical orientation maximises airflow around the bird, promoting even heat transfer and natural fat drainage. Suitable for whole chickens and turkeys up to 5 kg, it functions equally well in standard UK ovens, on domestic BBQs, and on compact portable grills used for camping or tailgating. Surface finish is smooth and non-porous, supporting quick wipe-downs and long-term corrosion resistance.
