Even Heat Non Stick Pizza Pan

Exact size: 36 × 33 cm (±1.5 cm tolerance). Net weight: 440–460 g per tray. Material: High-purity carbon steel (no recycled content) with baked-on non-stick coating. Perforation density: 276 holes (12 mm diameter, 25 mm centre-to-centre spacing) arranged in grid pattern. Rim: Continuous rolled edge, 5 mm tall, fully welded reinforcement. Engineering rationale: Even hole spacing eliminates cold spots; carbon steel’s natural heat diffusion bridges gaps between perforations — ensuring uniform browning across entire base. Non-stick layer is cured at 380°C to match carbon steel’s expansion coefficient, preventing micro-cracking during thermal cycling. Real-world use: Tested across 12 UK household ovens (Bosch, Hotpoint, Smeg, Cannon) — consistently delivers crisp base within 10 minutes at 240°C. Ideal for sourdough, ciabatta-based, or gluten-free doughs that require strong bottom heat. Includes two trays — reduces downtime between batches and supports batch prep for meal planning.
