El Granero Integral Instant Bio Fine Textured Soy is a protein concentrate obtained from soy, with many culinary possibilities. It is a very suitable food for those with a low protein diet or who need an extra contribution (athletes, young people of growing age, very physical jobs, etc.).
The soybean oil is extracted, the skin is removed and it undergoes a series of physical processes (high temperature, pressure, texturing, dehydration) until obtaining a product especially rich in protein that can have different presentations, but with a characteristic dry, crisp appearance with a color between light brown and gold. It has hardly any flavor, so it is very suitable for any seasoning and recipe.
