Description
El Granero Integral Fine Textured Soy is a food rich in protein obtained from soy and used as we normally use meat.
This product is made from dehydrated pieces made from soy flour that have gone through a texturing process to obtain a low-fat and very high-protein food.
It is recommended to soak until tender (or cook to speed up the process). Drain well, pressing against the strainer to remove the water and add to casseroles as an alternative to meat.
May contain traces of gluten, sesame, and nuts.
Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place protected from light.
