Flat-Bond Stainless Steel Layout Rail

A 100 cm × 1.25 cm rigid yet adaptable layout rail made entirely from 304 stainless steel (0.25 mm thick), selected for its non-magnetic properties, corrosion resistance, and yield strength. Features a solvent-resistant acrylic adhesive backing rated for indoor workshop temperatures (10–35°C), tested on sealed hardwood, painted steel, and polycarbonate. The rail lays perfectly flat with no inherent curvature, enabling direct stick-and-cut functionality. Scale is etched into both faces and enhanced with electroplating to prevent fading or smudging. Intended for applications demanding traceable, repeatable positioning — including CNC fixture marking, dovetail jig calibration, and template duplication workflows.
