Flat-Edge Wok Support Ring

A 23.5 × 27 cm stainless steel wok ring built for reliability and functional precision. Its defining feature is the uniformly flattened side edges — providing uninterrupted surface contact with stove grates or electric coils to maximise grip and minimise movement. Designed for round-bottom woks but equally effective with flat-base variants, it bridges the gap between traditional Asian cookware and standard UK/EU stovetops. On gas, it lifts and centres the wok for optimal flame wrap; on electric coils, narrow-side-down placement ensures total coil coverage — boosting thermal efficiency and replicating gas-like responsiveness. The slight peripheral gap allows heat to circulate evenly beneath the wok, reducing cold spots and preventing sticky residue build-up along the rim.
