FRP Resin Compaction Roller Set

Each roller is approx. 31 cm long. Head dimensions: 50 mm × 2 pcs, 75 mm × 1 pc. Overall set weight approx. 323 g. Combines high-strength machined aluminium alloy shafts and corrosion-resistant ABS polymer grips and end fittings. Purpose-built for eliminating micro-bubbles and bridging gaps during wet layup of fibreglass cloth or mat. Applies uniform pressure to collapse air pockets and promote resin flow into fibre bundles—enhancing mechanical properties and visual finish of cured parts. Commonly applied in domestic DIY contexts like epoxy river tables, bath panel overlays, and decorative wall cladding—as well as technical uses such as reinforcing concrete forms with FRP mesh, repairing marine hulls, and preparing inner tubes for vulcanisation in tyre manufacturing.
