Functional Metal V8 Engine Kit

A fully functional V8 engine model built from over 500 individual components, predominantly die-cast metal with select ABS plastic parts for structural support. Assembled dimensions: approximately 22 cm long, 12 cm wide, 14 cm tall; total weight approx. 1.8 kg. Includes printed English assembly manual and a low-voltage DC motor enabling operational demonstration. All key subsystems — cylinder heads, connecting rods, spark plugs, carburettor-style air intake, and exhaust manifold — are accurately proportioned and mechanically linked. When powered, the engine runs smoothly with visible piston travel, synchronized valve actuation and rotational output at the flywheel. Designed for adult hobbyists and mature teens (14+), this kit supports focused attention, spatial reasoning and fine motor skill development.
