Galvanically Isolated USB TTL Serial Adapter

This module delivers true galvanic isolation between USB host and TTL serial device using high-speed optocouplers and physically separated power domains. Physical specs: ~48 × 18 × 12 mm, ~12 g. Based on the CH340 USB-UART bridge, it works out-of-the-box on Windows, macOS and Linux (32/64-bit) — no driver tweaks or application changes required. Supports baud rates up to 921600 bps with minimal signal distortion. Isolation rating: 1500V RMS, achieved via reinforced PCB slotting and ≥3mm isolation gaps. No shared GND or power path — eliminates ground loops and protects host computers from field-side faults. Voltage selection is hardware-controlled: jumper selects either 3.3V or 5V for both signal logic and VCC output (≤100mA recommended load). Essential pins: TX (module output), RX (module input), GND (isolated), and level-select. Optional: VCC (regulated output), TX-D (TX signal copy for monitoring).
