Glass Fermentation Kit 32 Oz

This set contains two 32 oz (946 ml) high-quality glass jars with uniform wall thickness, precision-machined stainless steel wide-mouth lids, transparent food-grade polycarbonate airlocks, and balanced glass fermentation weights. Jar dimensions: ~15.5 cm height × 10 cm diameter (tolerance ±1–3 cm); total packaged weight approx. 1.8 kg. All items are dishwasher-safe and built for long-term reuse. Airlocks operate via simple water seal — fill halfway to enable gas escape without backflow, ensuring safe pressure management during active fermentation. Lids feature a dedicated silicone stopper that remains functional after airlock removal, allowing seamless transition from fermentation to cold storage. Designed for traditional and modern ferments including sauerkraut, kimchi, fermented carrots, beet kvass, and ginger bug starters. Offers consistent performance whether used weekly in a home kitchen or intermittently for seasonal preserves.
