This Di Vapor polished chrome door pivot hinge is designed for use with glass doors and glass panels. The solid copper hinge weighs 385g (0.385 kg) and is manufactured to high-quality standards. It is commonly used by designers and architects. Sold individually—each order includes one hinge. Technical Specifications: - Glass Thickness: 6–8mm - Material: Copper - Finish: Polished mirror chrome - Total width of fixing plate: 75mm - Distance between fixing holes: 66mm at the furthest point, 28mm at the closest point - Diameter of fixing holes: 8.7mm - Total height: 76.4mm - One fixing hole connects to the shower glass door; the required hole size in the glass must be at least 8mm in diameter (bolt diameter is approximately 7.7mm) - Maximum door weight load per hinge: 25kg. Adhere to this weight limit when determining the number of hinges per panel. For most applications, 2–3 hinges per side are recommended. Maximum glass door width should not exceed 700mm. - Typical installation requires two hinges—one at the top and one at the bottom of the glass screen. - Quantity per order: 1 hinge Tools needed: 5mm Allen key and 2.5mm Allen key
